Ray Arizmendi emphasized the experience of witnessing the direct impact pharmacies have on patient outcomes. He noted the powerful collaboration between payers and pharmacies in achieving this impact, recognizing that while often challenging due to resource constraints, this synergy is mutually beneficial for all stakeholders, especially patients.

Ray particularly highlighted a session on Social Determinants of Health (SDOH). He noted the industry’s clear understanding of an ideal state for addressing SDOH, but also the complexity in implementing scalable solutions. Another critical takeaway was the focus on the direct impact of pharmacies on patient outcomes. The emphasis on collaboration between payers and pharmacies to achieve this impact resonated deeply, aligning with PQS’s core mission.

Ray and Brittany also spoke about the buzz around EQUIPP Copilot. This new tool aims to enhance the pharmacy experience by integrating directly into existing workflows, allowing pharmacies to capture patient engagement details in real-time without disruption.
